All orders for goods or services accepted by Wilsons of Treffgarne t/a The Sheep Shop are accepted subject to the following conditions, which shall form part and govern the contract of sale.

Acceptance of goods shall be deemed to be acceptance of these conditions of sale.

1). PAYMENT AND PRICE

All prices are stated in £ sterling and are subject to alteration without notice.  

Wilsons of Treffgarne t/a The Sheep Shop is entitled to charge the Buyer the amount of Value Added Tax (VAT) on products where applicable.

All prices are in £ sterling, inclusive of VAT but excluding postage and packaging.

Postage & Packaging will be added automatically at the time of your order by the online system. Please note: Orders to countries outside the UK will incur an extra delivery charge. This will depend on the weight and/or volume of the order; please contact us by e.mail or through the contact form for a quotation for payment at the time of order.

Payment is to be made in sterling via our Secure Online Payment facility. The Sheep Shop website uses PayPal online secure payment facility and accepts all major debit and credit cards

2) DELIVERY

We strive to dispatch all orders as soon as possible after receipt, normally within two working days.

If it is not possible to dispatch orders promptly we will contact you to let you know the expected delivery date, offer you an alternative or arrange a refund.

Deliveries to mainland UK destinations should arrive between 3 and 5 working days from despatch.

Delivery is normally by Royal Mail.
Wilsons of Treffgarne t/a The Sheep Shop cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal system.

3) AVAILABILITY

Sometimes items shown on this website might not be available from stock. If any item you ordered is not available you will be advised of our best estimate of a delivery date. This date may be subject to change without notice and does not constitute a contractual obligation to supply goods by a certain date.

4) PRODUCT INFORMATION

Product images, descriptions and approximate dimensions have been designed to give as much information as possible about the product. Product images on the website are not displayed to actual size.

5) WARRANTY


Wilsons of Treffgarne t/a The Sheep Shop shall not be bound by any oral warranty or representation given or made on its behalf, unless confirmed in writing.

6) DEFAULT BY CUSTOMER

If the customer default in any of their obligations to us or commits any breach of the terms of any contract entered into by us, then we shall have the right to terminate without notice any agreements, orders or obligations and invoice the customer for any work performed or undertaken and expense incurred including loss of profit.

7) SEVERANCE

If any provision of these terms and Conditions is found by any court, tribunal or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be wholly or partly illegal, invalid, void, voidable, unenforceable or unreasonable it shall, to the extent of such legality, invalidity, voidness, voidability, unenforceability be deemed severable and the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the remainder of such provision shall continue in full force and effect.

8) DISCLOSURE

You agree that we may disclose details of and relating to any transaction that may be found to be fraudulent or to which these conditions apply to any group, company, subsidiary company or professional employed by us or them and to our financiers and any credit reference agency pursuant to their standard terms and conditions relating to the Data Protection Act 1998.

9) LAW

The contract shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the Law of England & Wales ________________________________________

10) RETURNS AND REFUNDS/CREDITS

We will always respect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

All purchases made via our Online Store are subject to the UK Distance Selling Regulations.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000:
You have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund with no financial penalty for any item or services. Goods not required or ordered in error by the Buyer must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in original packaging and in a re-saleable condition, or request to be cancelled before the order has been fully processed.

For the purpose of cancellation our contact details are provided at the start of this policy: If you exercise your Statutory Right to Cancel your order, you must return to us at your expense the item or items that you wish to return.

Returned Goods Not covered by Distance Selling Regulations (Section 6 above)
Wilsons of Treffgarne t/a The Sheep Shop will not accept goods for credit or refund unless such return has been authorised by us, and the goods are received by us in stock condition, with original packaging.

The Buyer shall, unless otherwise stated, or, if goods are being returned under the Distance Selling Regulations, be responsible for the cost of outward and return carriage and insurance of all goods returned by the purchaser to Wilsons of Treffgarne t/a The Sheep Shop for refund or credit.

The goods shall be at the risk of the purchaser until receipt by us. The onus of proof of safe delivery shall rest with the Buyer.

Wilsons of Treffgarne t/a The Sheep Shop will refund postal expenses on returns of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods only. No refund or credit will be made for goods until they have been received by Wilsons of Treffgarne t/a The Sheep Shop with original packaging

Our staff are not authorised to accept the return of goods delivered unless they have possession of a valid proof of purchase from the Buyer.

We must request that the original delivery note or invoice is quoted.

No liability for any claim for damage or non-functionality shall be accepted unless the purchaser notifies Wilsons of Treffgarne t/a The Sheep Shop in writing (via post or e mail) within 30 days of purchase giving as much information as possible.

In all other circumstances, the prior agreement of Wilsons of Treffgarne t/a The Sheep Shop must be received by the Buyer to his/her return of goods.

No liability for any claim will be accepted in the case of goods differing in quantity or descriptions from the particulars given on the delivery note unless Wilsons of Treffgarne t/a The Sheep Shop is notified in writing by the purchaser within 30 days of purchase.

The onus is on the purchaser to prove any shortages.
